If another individual, company or organization believes that copyrighted material is being used without permission, Aurora Percussion cannot assist either party in resolving the Dispute. We recommend that complainants first contact the artist directly. Aurora Percussion is not in a position to determine the legitimacy of any such complaints. If the dispute is not resolved soon after initially contacting the artist, complainants can send an infringement notification by email in which they should outline their basis for asserting that the material infringes copyright. If the complaint has merit we will take down the disputed content until the matter is agreed on by both parties or determined by the courts.
If you break any of your assurances to us, we will Terminate your purchasing rights with aurorapercussion.com.au. There will be no refund in the event of breaking your agreement. Aurora Percussion (ABN 73 684 284 378) is incorporated in NSW, Australia, so these terms are governed by the laws there, and any dispute over them must be addressed in that state. |
